  • Weekly live practice
    A weekly* longer mirror-method session (90–120 minutes) based on a mirror-neuron approach (read more about it here).

    A short morning focus-&-attune practices and evening better-sleep routines (5–15 minutes)

    Every week we work with one clearly defined theme — much like going to the gym and training a specific muscle group. With regular attendance, your whole system gets into a different shape over time.

    *During my workshops, travels or retreats, the weekly session may shift to a different day/time or be posted as a recording only.
    The weekly rhythm remains — with occasional flexibility as life keeps unfolding.
  • Can’t join live?
    You get access to the recording for a full week — and can repeat it as many times as you wish.

    Recording available for 7 days.
    Some attuning short practices are always there for you on-demand.

What happens after payment



You receive an email and a Telegram message* with access to the closed Mirror Circle group, where you’ll find:

  • the link to the weekly live session
  • the link to last week’s recording (available for 7 days)
  • the library of short attunement practices (on demand)
  • the weekly short practice related to the topic of the week
  • Access activates immediately

*** To keep the price accessible while I’m still setting up a fully automated system, payments for Mirror Circle are currently processed manually.

After your payment, you will receive your access link in average within 15 minutes to a few hours (during working hours).
In rare cases, if I’m teaching a workshop or traveling, the delay may be slightly longer — but you will always receive your access as soon as I am back online.
This temporary system allows me to keep the pricing low during the website rebuild process while offering high-quality live work every week and… some personal touch also - as I deeply value the chance to personally greet every new participant and take time to write you few personal words.
