Our aim is, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent manner about the methods by which your personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal reasons, and your rights.

a) Data Controller
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data may be collected and processed by https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws as the data controller within the scope explained below.

b) The Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
Your collected personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

c) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, for the purposes of maintaining the services and activities carried out within https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws, ensuring the legal and commercial security of persons who are in a business relationship with https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws, conducting legal compliance processes, fulfilling financial and fiscal obligations, determining and implementing commercial and business strategies, to business partners, consultants and contracted institutions with whom cooperation is carried out, and payment system institutions, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

d) The Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and stored for the legally required period through written/digital applications made to the websites, social media, mail, your browsing activities on the website, and through the channels through which the https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws website communicates or may communicate with you in the future.
Your personal data collected through these methods may also be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in Articles (b) and (c) of this Notice, within the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

e) Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws via the methods set out below, your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined in the tariff set by https://mynd.solutions or https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws will be charged. Within this scope, personal data owners have the right to:

• learn whether personal data is processed,
• request information if personal data has been processed,
• learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• request deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law,
• request that the transactions carried out under subparagraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• object to the emergence of a result against the person through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems,
• request compensation for damages in case the person suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Pursuant to Article 13(1) of the Law, you may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not yet determined any other method at this stage, your application must be submitted to our Company in writing, in accordance with the Law.

We use the following external services and tools: Google Workspace, Instagram, Tilda Publishing, Stripe, Telegram, Zoom, Mailing Lists services. In this context:
Your contact information specified in the form (name, e-mail, Telegram username, etc.) is transferred only to the relevant services that are mandatory for the provision of the service. You can review the privacy policy of each service on their own websites.
We process some payments and deliver parts of our services together with our partner's company Lindner "Unplugged" (Germany). We do not obtain or store users’ payment data — the payment system (Stripe, PayPal) processes this data separately.
Data transfer is carried out with the user’s consent (through completing the registration form and payment form) and/or within the scope of the contractual performance of the service.

e) The main version of this Privacy Policy has been prepared in Turkish language and reviewed in accordance with Turkish legal legislation as our company is located in Türkiye. Versions in other languages are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any inconsistency between versions in different languages, the Turkish version shall always prevail.

Amacımız; 6698 sayılı "Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu" 10. Maddesi gereğince ve sizlerin memnuniyeti doğrultusunda, kişisel verilerinizin alınma şekilleri, işlenme amaçları, hukuki nedenleri ve haklarınız konularında sizi en şeffaf şekilde bilgilendirmektir.

• https://mynd.solutions veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws tarafından sunulan koçluk ve eğitim hizmetlerinden ilgili kişilerin faydalanması,

amaçlarıyla 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları dahilinde işlenecektir.

c) İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere ve Hangi Amaçla Aktarılabileceği

Toplanan kişisel verileriniz; https://mynd.solutions veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws nezdindeki koçluk ve eğitim faaliyetlerini sürdürmek, https://mynd.solutions veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws ile iş ilişkisi içerisinde olan kişilerin hukuki ve ticari güvenliğinin temini, Hukuki uyum süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, mali ve finansal işlerin yerine getirilmesi, ticari ve iş stratejilerinin belirlenmesi ve yerine getirilmesi amaçlarıyla; iş ortaklarına; işbirliği yapılan danışman ve anlaşmalı kuruluşlara, ödeme sistemleri kuruluşlarına, 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde aktarılabilecektir.

ç) Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi

Kişisel verileriniz web sitelerine yapılan yazılı/dijital başvurular, sosyal medya, posta ve web sitesi üzerinde gezinme hareketleriniz, https://mynd.solutions veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws sitesinin sizlerle iletişime geçtiği veya ileride iletişime geçebileceği kanallar aracılığıyla toplanıp yasal süresi boyunca saklanmaktadır.

Bu yöntemlerle toplanan kişisel verileriniz 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları kapsamında bu Bilgilendirme' nin (b) ve (c) maddelerinde belirtilen amaçlarla da işlenebilmekte ve aktarılabilmektedir.

d) Kişisel Veri Sahibinin 6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. Maddesinde Sayılan Hakları

Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, aşağıda düzenlenen yöntemlerle https://mynd.solutions' a veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws 'a iletmeniz durumunda talebin niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içerisinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılacaktır. Ancak, Kişisel Verileri Korumu Kurulu'nca bir ücret öngörülmesi halinde, https://mynd.solutions veya https://myndsolutions.tilda.ws tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda kişisel veri sahipleri;

-Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,

-Kişisel veri işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,

-Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacı ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,

-Yurt içinde ve yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,

-Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,

-KVKK 7. Maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesi veya yok edilmesini isteme,

-(e) ve (f) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,

-İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,

-Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir.

KVKK' nın 13. Maddesinin 1. Fıkrası gereğince, yukarıda belirtilen haklarınızı kullanmak ile ilgili talebinizi, yazılı veya kişisel verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun belirlediği diğer yöntemlerle Şirketimize iletebilirsiniz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, şu aşamada herhangi bir yöntem belirlemediği için, başvurunuz, KVKK gereğince, yazılı olarak Şirketimize iletmeniz gerekmektedir.

Kullanmakta olduğumuz dış hizmetler ve araçlar şunlardır: Google Workspace, Instagram, Tilda Publishing, Telegram, Zoom, Mailing List Servisler vb. Bu kapsamda:
Formda belirtilen iletişim bilgileriniz (ad, e-posta, Telegram kullanıcı adı vb.) yalnızca hizmetin sunulmasının mümkün olmadığı durumlarda zorunlu olarak kullanılan ilgili hizmetlere aktarılmaktadır. Her bir hizmetin gizlilik politikasını kendi internet sitelerinden inceleyebilirsiniz.
Kullanıcıların ödeme verilerini tarafımızca edinmiyor veya saklamıyoruz — ödeme sistemi Stripe, PayPal vb. bu verileri ayrı olarak işlemektedir.
Veri aktarımı, kullanıcının rızası (kayıt formunun ve ödeme formunun doldurulması yoluyla) ve/veya hizmetin sözleşmesel ifası kapsamında yapılmaktadır.

e) İş bu AYDINLATMA METNI'nin ana versiyonu Türkçe olarak hazırlanmış ve Türk Hukuk Mevzuatına göre gözden geçirilmiştir. Diğer dillerdeki versiyonlar sadece bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Farklı dillerdeki versiyonlar arasında herhangi bir tutarsızlık olması durumunda, Türkçe hazırlanan versiyon her zaman geçerli olacaktır.
