How it works
daily & weekly mirror self-regulation and meditation practices available anytime anywhere - via Skool App and Platform
  • Weekly live practice
    Start for free to try it out and subscribe later to have an access to weekly mirror-method meditations (90–120 minutes) (read more about it here) - one new meditation every week.

    Get access to a library of short daily focus-&-attune practices and evening relax-before-sleep routines (5–15 minutes) - always available On-Demand.

    Every week we regulate or meditate together on one clearly defined theme — much like going to the gym and training a specific muscle group. With regular attendance, your whole "system" tunes into a different shape and state over time.

    *During my workshops, travels or retreats, the weekly session may shift to a different day/time or rarely be posted as a recording only.
    The weekly rhythm remains — with occasional flexibility as life keeps unfolding.
  • Can’t join live?
    You get access to the recording for a full two weeks after the live practice — and can repeat it as many times as you wish within this period of time.

    Recording available for 14 days.
    Some attuning short practices are always there for you On-Demand.

What happens after signing up
